The Engagement Excelerator Virtual Coaching Program starts with tried-and-tested strategies from the book, 6 Shortcuts to Employee Engagement and turns them into 26 short, easy-to-digest, online episodes. The program is designed to be engaging, easy, and above all, to work around a healthcare leader’s busy schedule.

Have you or your leaders already read the book? Don’t worry! The ideas go beyond those concepts and build upon the key strategies.

Step 1

We take your timeframe for improvement into consideration and offer a flexible delivery schedule. You choose to receive the 26 episode coaching program either weekly or every other week.

Step 2

On the appointed day, you receive an email with the tools and information to impact engagement, including:

    A short video – only 4-6 minutes long – with a thought-provoking question to consider. During the video, “Virtual Vicki” shares solutions & strategies for sustaining engagement.
