Stories & Employee Engagement…What’s the Connection?

I’ve been reading a lot about storytelling in business. Strong leaders use stories to reinforce organizational values. They use stories to boost employee engagement. Employees tell stories to each other about the experiences they are having many times a day. Sometimes they are positive and other times, not so much.
